We try to minimize any misunderstandings about fees by freely discussing charges and payment requests with our patients.

If a procedure is contemplated, we will pre-certify as needed and make arrangements with the patients regarding any balances due after insurance is applied.

We are participating providers for Medicare and most managed care programs.
We do a significant number of Workers' Compensation cases and we work closely with the insurance company adjusters to assure as smooth a course as possible for these patients.
